I dont understand the rules of repeated neignbours with this grid, i have also problems with exclusion (how do you put the 3 and the 8 in L8.

Yes. Exclusion and Repeated Neighbours seem to be incorrect. I tried to solve each of these multiple times, finally realizing that there are cells which cannot satisfy the problem constraints.

exclusion and repeated neighbours grids are wrong (wrong indications of excluded numbers and yellow cells)
I can not correct the grids now,

Anyway, DON'T WARRY
the list of possible contest's bugs is shortening,
I learned that it is not enough to solve the puzzle with the solution given by the solver, i have also to check that the clues in the flash and in the solver are the same
now I'm working to make the roulette self-loading, so there is no need to work to prepare it and risks of bugs is reduced
