If you let R5C7 = 6, you will see a contradiction almost immediately... and from there, you can use the colours technique, where R5C7 = R8C8 = R2C9 = R1C3 = R4C1... which leads to R5C1 = 6, which leads to the solution.

My question is: when the time is the most important factor, do you use the trial or the logique?
I understand that Waterloo and Doukkali used the logique .

je ne connais pas bien waterlomathie, ni gotroch,ni sisi69 mais être toujours dans le top 3 ,je ne pense pas que c'est du aux hasards(essais erreurs )
donc ils utilisent que la logique
par contre je connais bien l'ours et fred67, et je vous assure qu'ils n'utilisent que la logique pure
simplement il faut juste maitriser son clavier, et il faut pas regarder son clavier quand on joue

I think that for this type of grid, you can use tries and errors without loosing time. This is possible only for a few grids when you are at the end of the grids. Personnally I only know the easy technicals for solving sudokus, that's why I'm not very good in solving classical sudokus. For this grid, I made a try which was false so it was the other solution.

As I was the faster on this grid, I have to answer
As I can remember, I saw very quickly that when you put a 4 on R1C3 or R4C3, it both conducts to a 4 on R7C6:

4 on R1C3 => 4 on R3C4 => 4 on R7C6
4 on R4C3 => 4 on R5C7 => 4 on R8C8 => 4 on R7C6

Like Sisi, I don't know advanced technics, so I don't know if it's colouring technic or other. But I know that at the end of grid like tris it should not be hard to see one of those things to solve grid, so I do spend few seconds to find one and I don't make a try before I find a logical path.
